At the same time, the company has decided to expand its leased space by nearly 200 sq m.<br\/>In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by the international consulting firm Savills. <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;The main factor influencing the change, while remaining within the myhive complex, was to raise the standard of the leased space, without significantly changing the location. The new space on the top floor of the building, with a refreshed functional layout, fits perfectly with a number of changes taking place in the organization, and is also a response to the needs of the company&#8217;s employees and the expectations of future candidates for a modern and comfortable work space.&#8221; &#8211;   <\/p>\n<cite><strong>Karol Grejbus<\/strong>, director in tenant representation, Savills, says.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<p><strong>myHive Mokot\u00f3w One<\/strong> offers 20,600 sqm of total office space, available on 13 floors. All offices can be tailored to individual needs and the specifics of the business. The building has a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Very Good level. It is one of 24 office buildings in CPI Property Group&#8217;s portfolio in Warsaw, with a total area of over 560,000 sqm and a value of \u20ac1.7 billion.
