The building is distinguished by environmentally friendly solutions certified by BREEAM at the “Excellent” level, including renewable energy power, complete bicycle infrastructure, electric vehicle charging stations and energy-efficient elevators and lighting. <\/p>\n\n

The new office of the company ranked in the Top 50 largest Polish companies will occupy three floors in the North Gate building. The Tenant is scheduled to begin operations in the new space in the first half of 2024.
