The highest transaction volume was recorded in the West zone (44%), followed by the Center (30%) and the South (21%). The structure of transactions confirms the high level of renegotiations (51% of volume), while new deals accounted for 34%, expansions - 9%, and pre-leases in projects under construction - 6%.
