New buildings will soon begin to fill the gap created by delayed investments in previous quarters. Operators of such offices leased a total of 22,400 sqm of space in 2024. This trend is a response to the changing needs of companies, which are increasingly adopting a hybrid work model. Employers are looking for spaces that allow flexible adaptation of space to the needs of the team, which is driving the popularity of short-term leases. As one of the main business centers in Central and Eastern Europe, Warsaw attracts tenants from all over the world, offering high-quality office space at competitive prices.
